The Training & Placement Department caters to the following important functions in the all-round development of the diploma student:

  1. Arrangement of guest lectures from industry experts in order to keep abreast with the latest technology
  2. Arrangement of Technical seminars, workshop, short-term training programmes/courses, etc for adding value to the existing diploma programme
  3. Conducting soft skills programmes viz personality development, CV writing, how-to-face-interviews, etc preparing the students to face job interviews
  4. All arrangements for smooth conduct of Campus Interviews for job placements by Companies
  5. Preparation of database of students pass-out course-wise after result of every Nov/Dec and April/May exam, in order to send to various industries having placement requirement
  6. Placement of sandwich-course students for In-plant training in various industries in and out of Goa
  7. Arrangement of industrial visits course-wise to see the industrial layout, equipment, operations/processes, systems, etc
